• LABAL is a statewide, non-partisan, pro-life organization, and our scholarship application reflects these values: (1) We believe that each human life is a gift from God; (2) We believe we are created in His image and likeness, and that only He has the authority to end human life; (3) We believe in the sanctity of all human life from fertilization until natural death; (4) We oppose any and all means to destroy human life prior to God’s appointed time; (5) We believe it is our mission to protect and defend human life.
